Ritter’s platform technology of colonic adaptation has expansive promise for the development of numerous drug candidates that may prevent and/or treat a wide variety of gastrointestinal diseases.

Ritter’s lead product, RP-G28 is a post-phase 2 clinical trial drug candidate. While RP-G28 can potentially be used for the future indications listed below, Ritter is working, in collaboration with leading universities, to identify novel candidates, all working via colonic adaptation, for these indications.
